With a robotic solution, you can do so much more. But get a perfect precision, ensure the quality of their products. Robot systems also provide the opportunity to dispense your own gaskets, as well as change the design of the gasket, just through simple reprogramming. The desktop robots are available in different sizes and have different working surfaces, designed to dose a desired number of parts that fit on a fixture that is easily put in place (a bit like a tray). The Scara robots are very flexible and easy to build into a cell or on a line. In the robots, you can then hang on any dosing valve, syringe, light guide or e.g. a plasma pen. You can also easily hang on to a pen camera or a CCD camera and then additional possibilities and precision open up. All attachments for EFD valves and syringes are ready. In the robots, it is possible to save over a hundred different programs (dosing patterns). The programs are programmed in a simple way via a programming box, or in your PC. The system also includes PC compatible software, which provides additional possibilities.
