Contact and spray adhesives

Contact adhesives belong to the drying adhesives, but when using contact adhesives, the majority of the drying is allowed to take place before joining the parts. Contact adhesives are based on elastomers, which have a relatively long "sticky period" before final drying. Both solvent and water-dispersed contact adhesives are available.
